Komunikasi Partisipatif Remaja yang Bermakna dalam Forum Generasi Berencana pada Anemia Remaja
Abstract
Pelibatan atau partisipasi remaja dalam proses identifikasi kebutuhan kesehatan sangat penting untuk menciptakan layanan dan kebijakan yang selaras dengan prioritas dan pengalaman mereka, sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih baik bagi kaum remaja. Penekanan partisipasi dan komunikasi partisipatif menjadi sangat penting dalam telaah penelitian ini. Sejumlah artikel penelitian mengajukan berbagai temuan yang mampu memberikan solusi pada permasalahan kesehatan remaja melalui berbagai bentuk komunikasi. Forum GenRe Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan ruang dialogis dan dialektis yang menawarkan pertukaran nilai, kebutuhan, kesetaraan dalam menyampaikan pendapat untuk mencapai keselarasan tujuan program “Ini Genting” (Implementasi Nyata Genre Cegah Stunting) yang menekankan pada kejadian anemia remaja. Teori tindakan komunikatif Habermas turut mengkritisi sejumlah temuan artikel penelitian yang terangkum dalam tulisan ini. Teori Habermas memberikan pendekatan analitis terhadap masalah definisi dan skala kegiatan partisipasi termasuk komunikasi untuk mencapai sebuah pemahaman bersama, dialogis dan setara melalui teori tindakan komunikatif. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan melibatkan 27 artikel yang diolah menggunakan Vos Viewer dan menghasilkan aktor/agen dan kebijakan yang masih memberikan peluang untuk dianalisis lebih dalam. Temuan tersebut menjadi menjadi kebaruan dalam tulisan ini dengan mengintervensi aktor/agen sebagai peran sentral dalam memantik komunikasi partisipatif. Tulisan ini dapat dijadikan literatur untuk menganalisis berbagai bentuk partisipasi remaja yang bermakna yang dapat diadopsi oleh Forum GenRe dengan cermat melalui pendekatan yang paling sesuai dengan sosial dan budaya remaja setempat. Penelitian ini juga turut membantu pemangku kepentingan dalam mengambil kebijakan di masa depan dengan mengedepankan peranan komunikasi partisipatif.
