Transformasi Komunikasi Internal Public Relations dalam Membangun Keterlibatan Karyawan di Masa Pandemi COVID 19
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untukmemahami dan mendeskripsikan pratik transformasi komunikasi Public Relations dalam membangun keterlibatan karyawan di PT XY. Konsep yang digunakan adalah komunikasi internal, terdiri dari komunikasi vertikal, komunikasi horizontal, dan komunikasi diagonal yang memainkan peran penting dalam membangun keterlibatan karyawan selama masa Pandemi Covid 19. Melalui penelitian dengan paradigma interpretif ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk memahami praktik komunikasi yang dikedepankan perusahaan agar operasionalnya tetap berfungsi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penggalian data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, kepustakaan, dan penelusuran melalui internet guna memperoleh data yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi, display, dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, PT XY melalui komunikasi internal dengan program Employee Engagement Communication Clinic berupaya mengatasi krisis untuk memastikan PT. XY melakukan usaha terbaik dalam membangun keterlibatan karyawan di masa pandemic Covid-19.
